Marcey's career began long before coaching found her. For more than 26 years she has held leadership roles inside finance leading teams through complex change, refining processes, and stewarding projects that demand both precision and humanity.
Somewhere along that journey, a quieter calling surfaced. The same skills she used to organize systems and people, she realized, could be turned inward to organize meaning, intention, and the often messy terrain of personal growth.
Today, Marcey is a certified coach, a Reiki Master, a co-author, and a facilitator of retreats and workshops. She works with leaders ready to lead from a deeper place, and with individuals craving clarity, healing, and a more intentional life.
Her work is grounded in the belief that real transformation is rarely loud. It arrives slowly, through honest conversation, attentive presence, and the willingness to listen first to ourselves, then to the world we shape.
